This project consisted of two phases – internal structural alterations and external three storey roof frame.

The internal support work scope included the introduction of heavy beam and column steelwork to the core, atrium and mezzanine. All works were installed using mechanical lifting and high levels of surveying, drilling and erection labour.

The external roof frame scope included a large quantity of concrete drilling, and the use of a mobile self-erecting tower crane provided by Apex to lift, manoeuvre and fix the new steel frame.
