Steel columns with Cellform floor and roof beams, erected within the retained walls of a partially demolished single-storey structure, to match the outline of existing 2-story structures at either end. With restricted access, a 33 metre span mobile tower crane was positioned in an alleyway at the rear of the property to hoist steelwork over the existing structure. All steelwork was supplied with intumescent fire-protection coating.
