Design and build project consisting of complex braced frame support steelwork to retain the listed façade of a historic wharf building; to be converted into modern apartments and a communal area.
Due to difficult access to the river frontage and a narrow alleyway, steelwork was erected using a combination of a 200t mobile crane and 4.9t tone mini crawler crane.
